Hi, I'm Alice.

I'm a coach, educator, facilitator, and leadership development professional with more than two decades of experience helping individuals and teams navigate challenges, strengthen communication, and move toward meaningful goals. My background includes leadership coaching, professional development, conflict resolution, group facilitation, and educational leadership.

Through 3 Stones Coaching, I work with growth-minded leaders, educators, and professionals who are ready to move beyond frustration and uncertainty and create lasting positive change. Together, we learn to separate facts from stories, identify and build on genuine strengths, and approach challenges with curiosity rather than judgment.

This work isn't always comfortable. Growth rarely is. It requires courage, accountability, and a willingness to ask honest questions about who we are, what is true, and what comes next. Some of the best conversations include hard truths, long pauses, meaningful laughter, and the kind of insight that changes what happens next.

I believe we are not defined by every circumstance we encounter, every emotion we experience, or every story we tell ourselves. We can learn to observe our lives with greater clarity, choose our response with intention, and take ownership of the person we are becoming. That work is demanding, liberating, and deeply worthwhile.
